Laird Thermal Systems is committed to protecting the environment and the health, safety and welfare of our employees and the communities where we operate. By behaving ethically, working safely and responsibly managing our environmental impact we create and sustain long term value.
Environmental, Health and Safety considerations are integrated into our business planning and fundamental in the development of new products and processes. We have established and implemented management systems according to ISO and other recognized standards in order to measure and improve performance.
Just as we want to grow our business, we are highly concerned about saving the environment. To decrease our environmental footprint, we have effective processes for pollution prevention, waste minimization, material recycling and responsible handling of waste and effluent.

Because we care for our people, workplace health and safety is a number one priority. By identifying and eliminating potential risks and hazards we build and maintain a safe workplace. Through training and effective communications, employees are encouraged to contribute to a safe environment.
All our high volume manufacturing sites are ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certified. Through regular audits we make sure our products and manufacturing sites fulfill international environmental requirements and that we create safe and healthy working conditions.
