Project Management Process

Tark Thermal Solutions has developed a unique Project Management Process (PMP) to ensure high quality and on-time delivery during product development and start of production. This means that quality is reviewed at every stage of the project, from designing, prototyping, testing and product manufacturing. Our dedicated team of project managers, design engineers and operational people work proactively to identify and solve any potential risks or delays. 

 


Quality Assurance

With our ISO 9001 certification, customers can expect a high level of quality assurance in all our operations. The certificate proves that we have a well-established quality management system with customer-oriented processes. Through regular audits we make sure our products and manufacturing sites fulfill international requirements.


Certifications    

Tark Thermal Solutions maintains a strong commitment to quality and operational excellence, as demonstrated by its global portfolio of certifications. Facilities in Shenzhen, China are certified to ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 standards, with certificates available in both English and Chinese. The Liberec site in the Czech Republic holds ISO 9001:2015 certification in both English and Czech. In the United States, the Durham, North Carolina facility and the Miamisburg, Ohio site (focused specifically on pump products) are both ISO 9001:2015 certified. Additionally, the Gothenburg, Sweden location holds ISO 9001:2015 certification. For environmental and occupational health and safety standards, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
